Milan Sveda is not legally liable for courier delays caused by weather anomalies, customs backlogs, strikes, peak seasonal volume, technical carrier sorting errors, or incorrect/incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer. Late delivery does not entitle you to an automatic shipping fee refund, order cancellation, or a discount.
5. Missing, Delayed, or Lost Package Rules
Under the guidelines recognized by major UK shipping networks, a package cannot be formally classified as legally "lost" immediately upon missing its estimated delivery date. To protect the business against fraudulent "non-delivery" claims while a package is still actively working its way through a delayed courier network, the following conditions apply:
